Men are from Mars,Women are from Venus

The difference between men and woman has always been something that has weighed heavily on my mind. I have always been intrigued by the emotional nature of women as compared to the stoic nature of men. I know I sound very stereotypical-but generally, that is just what it is.

When I'd sit and have convos with my girlfriends about guys,I couldn't help but wonder if guys ever at one point in their lives spent just a moment to do the same. This might sound sexist but based on my observations, I could totally understand why songs like "if i were a boy" and "act like a woman, think like a man" were hits. Men seem to have a small range of feelings, rarely bothered by anything. Sports and adrenaline-pumping activities seem to be the only things that can stir passion in their bodies. I admit-I just don't understand how men don't think like we do.  Like, how can you not wonder, pine, fret, over think and over analyse like we do. How?...why?...are yall frontin'?

So many questions, till i stumbled upon facts like this.

Men don't use their "whole" brain-like we women do. Men essentially use one part of their brain-the left. Women use both. The left side would involve interactions which are more task oriented and where as for us women,we tend to be on the more intuitive side. Now, men using half and women using all has nothing to do with intelligence. In fact, men generally have bigger brains than women..bigger,heavier...you get where I'm going with this ..right?.However, both brains function in equal capacity, not withstanding of course, what I said above. We still use all,men still use half.

( I have a high-pitched voice and some females find it very annoying,on the other hand, most males have absolutely no issue with it,some have even complimented me...I became curious and found out that...)
Men don't hear women the way men hear men. They process our voices the very same way their brains process music. Interesting, right? Based on my research and well that of scientist and credible sources-Men have a harder time understanding what we say because they use the auditory part of their brain that processes music and not human voices. Our vocal cords are different causing use to have a higher pitch a frequency. Men really do have a hard time hearing us.

My point here is that we are more different than just the "genital" aspect. We're already aware that we think  differently, its made evident in the varying behaviour of both sexes. What I found interesting was that actions that we could consider to be "emotionless" habits of men are actually not in their control. They are wired in such a way where these things don't matter as much...Some if not most men as just generally unable to experience that overwhelming plane of emotion and in the degree that it plagues us.

That was my food for thought today, I found myself more at peace with the universe and well, with men in general:)

Goodnight-
Soulfully Yours
