i blogged earlier this morning to detox..but i'm thinking hey..you din leave any tips..sooo
seeing how i have no idea as to what you might be going through i can only guess..that either your day is going really good...really bad...bad to good..or bad to worse..

1.If your day is going really good..You're in a positive mindset..stay there!!..keep doing what your doing..Smile..greet people..share ur positive energy..You'll receive it from persons when they feel the good vibes your radiating ..and that's a sure way to keep a healthy circle. Drink plenty water..Dehydration can make you sad..I am not a doctor..but that's how i feel..when i need water..Be good to your body..be good to the people around you and approach situations with optimism..Like you're already doing. IF a situation seems grim..take a deep breath and approach it cautiously and still with a smile. You're good to go..

2.Really Bad..You should stop..stop thinking what you're thinking right now..because i'm absolutely certain that that is what is making you upset. If someone offended you in the morning..Forget it..Your mom was on your back..Forget it. Things aren't working out..Forget it...there will be better.Have breakfast..its still really early..n well..Your body needs it..No food=Cranky. Take deep calming breaths throughout the day.Focus on moments that have brought you joy or will bring you joy..Like an outing you're looking forward to with friends..Beach..Cinema.."wet fete"..!! (LoL).

3.If its going from bad to good..you're moving up with the tips..So allow yourself to feel good and let things get better..i mean..its getting better..no advice is really needed as to how to enjoy to enjoy a day thats finally looking up.

4.Bad to worse. Its a red zone right here. Stop!..Get out of the situation you're in..the space..If inside..step outside..if you can of course. There are some situations however where opmtimism seems impossible ..for instance when your boyfriend and you split up or if someone in your family or someone you're close to passes away. These situations require separate Soultime but if its a reasonably ordinary day..and things just don't seem to be looking up. You fall out of bed..You stub your toe.There's no cereal .You have nothing to wear. .....Just stop...take a breath..rewind..start over...lay on your bed and think of exactly how you want your day to go..and allow your day to manifest as it would in your imagination.It may not go exactly how you envisioned it..but it just might come pretty close.
