Growing up and still ii am..i use to find change very difficult to deal with. However, i'm over coming my fear of change and graciously accepting life as it comes. Part of being happy is being able to deal with life and life and change go hand in hand.
Change ranges from having a new teacher(which I'm currently experiencing),making new friends , changing your wardrobe n feeling spontaneous,Getting your first kiss or the first of anything you consider special to the disheartening changes like the death of a loved one, losing old friends, finding it difficult to adjust, being in a financial tight spot or the more popular disheartening changes. Dealing with ex boyfriends .
Some changes need their separate pointers as to how to deal with them for instance financial tight spots and boyfriend drama-But- For the simpler changes that get under our skins none the less....Here we go:)
Be POSITIVITY- a positive mind set is essential in dealing with changes. Negative thoughts create tension in the body and are energy draining. Surrounding oneself with negative thoughts and people do not work towards solving the problem. It only creates more misery and mental space to wallow in self pity. Deep calming breaths when faced with adversity is a way of relaxing the mind and keeping it free of pessimistic thoughts. LISTENING is also part of being positive especially in the class room environment. Sometimes what is being said is important and creating a mental block or a listening block only serves to create later problems(keeping the classroom situation in mind).
SO..The three B's
BE READY-BE POSITIVE-& BELIEVE

Be ready-EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED-cliche' i know and frankly at one point i found it quite foolish (i mean how can you be prepared for something and you have no idea what 's gona come?)What I've gathered from this is that each day presents itself as an altered version of yesterday. Sure you may be going through the same routine but its highly unlikely that everything will remain the same. Realistically it could go from bad to worse or from good to better to the best day ever. Keeping in mind that today something will change is one step toward dealing with whatever may be thrown your way.

BELIEVE- one of my great friends(raijeanne) from high school told me this. She said to me that we are the ones who put limitations on ourselves. The bible says that we can do anything through Jesus Christ who strengthens us .Therefore we can overcome any difficult situation be it Math( which was one of the biggest issues i faced in highschool), being broke, being lonely or the numerous problems that we could face on a day to day basis. Believing that whatever had happened or is happening in your life has happened for the greater good is key in dealing with change. Believing that something that in your eyes was considered good fell apart so that something better could fall together is essential in being at peace with yourself and at peace with God.Even in the bad times we should give him praise because he is in control.
BE READY-BE POSITIVE-& BELIEVE
